CHRISTMAS DAY: ☁☂ OVERCAST AND NOT AS COLD WITH BREEZY CONDITIONS THRU NOON FOLLOWED BY AREAS OF VERY LIGHT SLEET AND OR FREEZING RAIN FOR A TIME ALONG AND WEST OF INTERSTATE 95 DURING THE LATE MORNING HOURS BEFORE THE MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINS OVERSPREAD THE ENTIRE AREA DURING THE AFTERNOON (VERY LITTLE ICE IS EXPECTED TO STICK AND SHOULD ONLY BE BOTHERSOME ON SECONDARY ROADWAYS IF AT ALL) LO: 28 HI: 38
