A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OFF THE NEW JERSEY COAST WILL INTENSIFY AS IT MOVES NORTH THROUGH NEW ENGLAND TODAY AND THEN INTO EASTERN CANADA TONIGHT. THIS AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL HELP TO PRODUCE STRONG GUSTY WINDS ACROSS THE MID ATLANTIC.
