TUESDAY: CLOUDY WITH SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS EARLY THEN MOSTLY CLOUDY BUT BREEZY AND VERY COLD DURING THE AFTERNOON LO: 23 HI: 39 (EXPECT A 2 TO 4 INCH STORM TOTAL IN THE BALTIMORE AREA WITH THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS FROM INTERSTATE 95 NORTH AND WEST)

WEDNESDAY: PARTLY CLOUDY BUT BREEZY AND STILL VERY COLD LO: 18 HI: 36

THURSDAY: MOSTLY CLOUDY BUT BREEZY AND VERY COLD WITH A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR A FEW SNOW FLURRIES LO: 23 HI: 39
