NOTE: I FEEL AN EL NINO IS COMMING ON THIS WINTER WITH A RETURN TO WET CONDITIONS BUT NO SEVERE SUMMER HEAT SO FAR MAKES ME THINK THE START OF WINTER WILL BE COLD AS WELL THRU ATLEAST JANUARY AS I SEE IT NOW AND THIS SHOULD SET UP ALOT OF SNOW FROM MIDDLE VIRGINIA AND WEST VIRGINIA NORTHWARD AND ALOT OF ICE IN THE SOUTHERN VIRGINIAS AS WELL AS NORTH WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA … BTW I REDUCED MY TROPICAL CAST FOR THE ATLANTIC TO 5 NAMED STORMS AND 2 HURRICANES THAT MAY OR MAY NOT PRODUCE ONE MAJOR HURRICANE IN THE SUMMER OF 09 !!!
