TROPICAL ATLANTIC STATEMENT FOR INVEST 99L:

Invest 99L is now located about 350 miles East of the Northern Antilles. The system has become better organized in the lower levels but continues to lack any deep convection. This is mainly due to dry air and some upper-level wind shear. The atmosphere is expected to become more favorable within the next day or so. Therefore, a Tropical Depression could form on Tuesday. Everyone located in the Lesser Antilles should monitor the progress of Invest 99L.
