The system has developed a low-level circulation but most of the convection associated with it has died off or is developing along the ITCZ. Upper-level winds are becoming more favorable for development, which may allow convection to increase and a tropical depression to develop over the next few days. It may be noted that Invest 99L is a good three days away from any land !!!
