FRIDAY SNOWFALL UPDATE 3: (FINAL UPDATE) SNOW TOTALS SHOULD RANGE BETWEEN 4 AND 6 INCHES IN THE BALTIMORE AREA AND BETWEEN 2 AND 4 INCHES IN THE DC AREA AS THE STORM BEGINS AROUND MIDNIGHT THURSDAY AND ENDS JUST BEFORE NOON ON FRIDAY (SNOWFALL SHOULD LAST FOR NO LONGER THAN 8 HOURS IN MOST AREAS)
